General Statement

2. We do not collect any information without your consent. Any personally identifiable information that is sent to us via email or contact form(s) from users over the age of thirteen is keep on file, but will not be redistributed or posted online. Non-personally identifiable information (stories, comments, questions, etc.), may be redistributed online, and shared as we see fit.

3.   We use technology to track the patterns of behavior of visitors to our site. We use "cookies" which are stored on your browser only to allow us to track usage patterns, and for interactive capabilities on this site.

Children's Privacy Policy

1. We only accept models contacts, portfolio, and information from children under the age of 13 with a parents approval. We only negotiate and photograph children up to age 17 with a parents approval and accompaniment.

2. With the exception of modeling contacts and portfolios with a parents approval we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personally-identifiable information from a user under the age of thirteen, we will delete such information from our records. If we change our practices in the future, we will obtain prior, verifiable parental consent before knowingly collecting any personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen.

3. Because we do not collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen, (With the exception of modeling contacts and portfolios with a parents approval) we also do not knowingly distribute such information to third parties.

4. Non-personally identifiable information (stories, comments, questions, etc.), may be redistributed online, and shared as we see fit.
